Yes. NettForge never sees or stores your card or bank-account numbers. A licensed payment gateway handles them and only tells us whether the payment worked.
Your paid extras pause until it is sorted, and you drop back to the Free features. Your encrypted vault and all your backups stay exactly as they are. Nothing is ever deleted because of a missed payment.
Any time, from your account, no phone calls. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Your data does not change.
Monthly is the flexible choice. Yearly bills once and saves you 18% on Personal. Team plans get 2 months free when paid yearly. You can switch from your account.
The 14-day free trial means you only pay once you are sure. If something is wrong after that, talk to us and we will make it right. See billing and refunds.
