No, and it is not a matter of trust, it is how it is built. Your master password never leaves your device, and your vault is only ever stored and synced as locked boxes. There is nothing readable on our servers for us to see, even if we wanted to.

No. NettForge works in any browser and installs on your phone from the browser. The Windows app adds the things only a real app can do: daily backups to a folder, safe self-updates, network tools and, on Teams plans, Quick Connect and Auto-Type.
There is deliberately no reset, because that is what keeps your vault private. When you sign up we give you a Recovery Kit to keep somewhere safe, and you can export an encrypted backup any time. Between those two, you always have a way back in.
You drop back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted and your encrypted data stays yours. The paid extras simply switch off until you subscribe again.
