How to tell whether it is them or your internet
- Find the service above. If it says Down, it is the service. Nothing at your end will fix it; wait for it to come back.
- If it says Working but it does not work for you, the problem is between you and it: restart the router, try another device, or ask your internet provider.
- If nothing loads, it is your internet connection, not the service.
These checks are made from NettForge’s server every 5 minutes, and where a company publishes its own status page we show what it says. A service can work for us and still fail on your network, or the other way round, so treat this as a strong hint, not a verdict.
